With over 30 years in the business, We provide a professional custom service for embroidery digitizing, embroidery design, custom logos digitizing and conversion of graphics to vector files.
Our main objective is to provide good quality digitizing services at reasonable prices to the customer. We take into consideration the final stitch count which if the logo is digitised correctly the number of stitches will be kept to a minimum which in turn keeps the cost for embroidering each individual garment down. We digitize your designs keeping the final production in mind.
For example our set up costs may be more expensive as we hand digitise, however by not asking the computer to just output the design our stitch count would be 7,000 stitches compared to a digitiser who just presses a button on the computer, their stitch count may come out at 10,000 stitches. Please remember when you pay an embroiderer to embrodier your logo the price is based on the number of stitches within the design. Therefore the smaller the number of stitches within your design the cheaper it is to embrodier your garments.
Artwork Requirements
Vector images or EPS enables us to reproduce your artwork for printing at no additional costs.
If you supply images that are pixilated such as jpegs, bitmaps and tiffs, they may not be of the highest resolution required for printing; which therefore means your logo will need to be reproduced in our inhouse design studio. This will incur a cost, however we can not estimate this until we have received your logo. Please
